IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. A $10 discount will be given to all who register for the Semi-Annual Session before March 15, 2025,
2. NO REFUNDS will be given after March 15, 2025, for the Semi-Annual Session
2025 Registration will open January 15, 2025
Registration Process including online registration via PlanetReg.
1. Click on the link to access PlanetReg Online Registration.
2. The Convention’s Logo will appear and below the Logo is some Registration Information. At the bottom of the page are four options for registering:
• Parent Body Registration
• Women’s Auxiliary Registration
• Young Adult Registration
• Youth Registration
3. Click on the Registration Process that is fitting for you. A new page will appear, and you will see the registration packages for the Annual Session and registration information for the Mid-Session.
4. Click on the down arrow next to the registration package of your choice. The down arrow will give you the opportunity to register for the package selected.
5. Click on Continue listed at the bottom of the registration options. The next page is where you can donate to Missions & Education, Convention Expenses and for Scholarships.
6. Select your registration payment method:
• Pay by Check
• Onsite At Event
• Credit Card – PayPal
• CashApp
7. List your name, address, email address, etc. Each field with an asterisk (*) is a required field. The system will not let you move forward unless each required field has information listed in that field.
8. Select Annual Session.
9. Select Yes for the Waiver. This section must be updated for the Annual Session.
10. Select Continue.
11. A Review Page will appear listing the information you entered on the previous page. At this stage, you can edit your information if you determine something entered is incorrect.
12. If everything is correct on the Review Page, click on Register.
• A Confirmation Page will appear.
• It will list the Annual Session Package you selected and its cost, a Service Fee and a Processing Fee. The Service Fee is the charge for using PlanetReg and the Processing Fee is for processing the payment. At the bottom of the page, the system will list the total of the:
• cost of the Annual Session Package selected
• the Service Fee
• and the Processing Fee
• At this point, if the method of payment you selected was: Pay By Check, Pay At The Event or CashApp, you have completed the registration process. Check your email for confirmation.
13. For those paying by CashApp, the Convention’s CashApp Account is: $NBDCOA.
14. 10. If your method of payment is by Credit Card, the system will take you to another page for your Credit Card information. Such as, your name, credit card number, maturity date, and the three digit code on the back of the card. Next the system will ask you for your PayPal information to process your payment. Once this information is entered, the system will process your payment and send you confirmation.
15. For those who want to register manually, please follow the instructions below.
